Stephanie Siu-Wai Kirtley, originally from the UK, has extensive experience in luxury fashion operations and logistics—skills that translate seamlessly to relocation, where organization and precision are essential. She moved to Valencia seeking a better quality of life for her family and quickly fell in love with the city and its surroundings, inspiring the creation of Encantada World in 2019.
Alongside her sister-in-law, Maria Alacreu Carbonell—a lifelong Valencian from a large local family with twenty years of legal experience—the team offers unmatched local knowledge and connections.
From Valencia to the Costa Blanca and Balearic Islands, Stephanie and Maria handle every detail, helping clients find not just a home, but the perfect Mediterranean lifestyle.
And yes—they speak English and French too.
Encantada (pronounced En-can-taa-da) comes from the Spanish word Encantar which means “delighted” or “charmed”. It is also used to say both “nice to meet you” and “happy to help”.
